Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  2. Understand client requirements and objectives, and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
  3. Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, marketing, and project management to ensure client needs are met.
  4. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
  5. Monitor client satisfaction levels and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  6. Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  7. Prepare regular reports and updates on client accounts for management review.
    Participate in client meetings, presentations, and other interactions as required.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in client relationship management or a similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  7. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets and objectives.
  8. A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
