Internship Duration: 6 months

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, etc.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  • Schedule interviews and assist in coordinating the interview process.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on relevant platforms.
  • Participate in campus recruitment events and career fairs to attract top talent.
  • Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR, particularly in recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Prior experience in recruitment or HR-related roles is a plus, but not required.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
